DALAT FIELD TRIP (4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS) - SAMPLE PROGRAM
The objective of this trip is to give students an outdoor education experience, foster positive relationships between students and their peers, build students enthusiasm for the outdoors, and to challenge students mentally and physically.
Day 1: Dalat Arrival
Depart for our flight from Saigon to Dalat. Upon arrival, we will be picked up and transferred to our hotel for check in.
Day 2: Langbian Abseiling / Hiking and Tuyen Lam Camping
Today, we will embark on a fun day of abseiling on Langbian Mountain with the jeep ride up hill. Our professionally trained guides will show you the ropes and prepare you for the journey down the cliff face. No previous experience necessary for this action-packed day of rappelling, hiking and scrambling on Langbian! Then we will camp at Tuyen Lam Campsite.
Day 3: High Ropes Course and Team Building Challenges
Today, we will enjoy the High Ropes Course and go through Team Building Challenges at Golden Valley area. Be ready to challenge yourself so that you are moved way outside of your comfort zones and tested!
Day 4: Cau Dat Tea Farm Visit / Dalat City Tour and Dalat Departure
After having breakfast and hotel check out, we will board our bus for our last day activities in Dalat. Today, we will enjoy our sightseeing around Dalat and in Cau Dat area. We will enjoy a Cable Car ride from Robin Hill Station down to visit Truc Lam Pagoda and its beautiful flower gardens, followed by the Alpine coaster ride at Datanla Waterfall. We will also have a chance to visit Cau Dat Farm where the Vietnamese tea industry originated. The activities of our Cau Dat Tea Farm Visit include: learning how to pick tea leaves, visiting the Tea factory (one of the oldest factories in South-East Asia) to learn the way of processing green tea and visiting greenhouses. In the late afternoon, we will head to the airport for our flight back to Saigon and bring back home with us wonderful memories shared with our friends in our Dalat field trip.
